Depending on the actual conditions during severe weather*, the Company may cancel delivery service and deliver cakes to the nearest store for customers to collect safely. Stores may also suspend operations and pickup service, resuming as soon as weather permits. Customers may collect their cakes on the day the store reopens or the following day.
*Severe weather includes but is not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, and the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal.

If you are collecting the cake yourself at a store, please order online at least two days in advance (some designs may require ordering three days in advance — please refer to the ordering page for details).

Every cake purchase enjoys a one-time free delivery offer. Free delivery applies to a net amount of HK$500 or above.
Delivery is not available to all outlying islands and remote areas, or may incur an additional charge depending on the situation.
Every whole cake ordered comes with one chocolate plaque for you to add a greeting message.
Every whole cake comes with one chocolate plaque. Greeting limit: 8 characters if Chinese only, 40 if English only, or 25 if mixed Chinese and English (in the mixed case each Chinese character counts as 5; spaces and punctuation included).
Emojis and inappropriate language are not accepted; if emojis or inappropriate language are used, the message will be removed without prior notice.
When ordering online, you may choose to collect your cake at any of our stores. For detailed store locations and information, please refer to "Stores".
All stores have a small quantity of Small-sized and Medium-sized whole Strawberry Watermelon Cakes available daily. You may call the store on the day of purchase to check the remaining stock. For other sizes or flavours, please order online.
Online orders can be paid by credit card, including Visa, Master, UnionPay and AE.
You may also pay via electronic methods, including AlipayHK, FPS, WeChat Pay, PayME, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
To make any changes to an order, customers must WhatsApp (+852 3611 9766) or email (info@lifetastichk.com) the Company at least three working days before 6pm. Changes after this cannot be accepted.

Every whole cake, whether pre-ordered or ready-made, is individually crafted by our pastry chefs for your celebration. A whole cake costs a little more than the combined price of sliced cakes because each whole cake carries our chefs' most sincere wishes, hoping to bring you unforgettable memories.
